Ergo Phizmiz Embedded in the Opera Group

Ergo Phizmiz has received an 18 month residency with The Opera Group, as part of Sound & Music's Embedded programme.

Over this period Ergo will be developing "BILLIARDS", an electronic opera on composition, chance, and games, that takes in Mozart, Raymond Scott, Lewis Carroll, Omar Khayyam, and the gradual transformation of an antique billiards table into a pinball machine on the history of music and the mechanics of composition.
